Specialist Orthodontist
I grew up in Brisbane and enjoyed riding horses and family holidays on North Stradbroke Island.
In 1992, I completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Hons) at QUT and enjoyed working as a Hydraulic & Coastal Engineer. After a few years, I was drawn to continue the family tradition and be in Dentistry. In 2000, I graduated from Dentistry at the University of Queensland (Hons) and enjoyed practicing both publicly and privately around Brisbane. During this time I also spent a few years living in Hong Kong.
My Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics was also completed at the University of Queensland. As a registered Orthodontist and a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists, I value continuing education and regularly attend conferences and courses to maintain and develop skills with advancing technology.
Beyond Orthodontics, I continue to enjoy horse riding, competing in dressage and eventing. It is a family affair, with my two daughters Alicija and Bridgette also competing, and my husband Michael, an Eventing Official with Equestrian Australia. We still love time at Straddie, getting over there as often as we can, and also enjoy travelling further afield.
