What are Ceramic / Clear Braces?
Ceramic or clear braces offer the same benefits as conventional Braces, work in the same way and have the same components, however, the brackets are tooth-coloured in appearance and therefore less noticeable.

What are the main benefits of Clear Braces?
The main benefit of clear ceramic braces is the increased aesthetic appeal of your smile. Clear Braces may be placed on your upper teeth and are almost invisable.

Are there any disadvantages to Clear Braces?
Clear Braces are slightly more bulky than conventional Braces and can therefore cause more discomfort to the lips and mouth tissue. Discomfort can be alleviated with analgesics and through the use of the mouth wax we provide for you but should only last a couple of days after the initial fitting.
