I am fortunate to be an orthodontist. I have been treating children, teenagers and adults since 1988 and still get a great deal of satisfaction from correcting a bad bite and giving someone a beautiful smile.
I am a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO) and a member of the Australian Orthodontic Board (AOB). I am also on the federal executive of ASO.
I am married and have four children. My daughter is a doctor, my oldest son is a physiotherapist, the middle son is a motor technician and the youngest one is at high school. My wife, Ruth, is the missions pastor at our church.
When I am not at work I love being outdoors, hence I play golf, love bushwalking and the beach.
I am committed to continuing education and attend at least two orthodontic conferences or courses every year. This enables me to keep up with the latest advances in orthodontics and practice management.
From time to time I am invited to give lectures on orthodontic subjects both in Australia and overseas. I have also had some of my research published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
